Vinification   The grape skins are left on the must (grape juice) for approximately 24 hours to obtain the pale pinkish colour of this wine. If the name Oeil de Perdrix is used it generally means that 100% of the grapes are Pinot Noir.

Tasting notes  Freshly picked raspberries and strawberries, ginger and ginseng mingle throughout the nose and palate. A wonderful, smooth, creamy texture with clean crisp acidity. This fresh and fruity rosé is a perfect example of an elegant, refined Swiss rosé.

Food & mood match  Puts you straight into a cheerful vibrant mood. Enjoy with Asian dishes, salmon and tuna, good friends, nice scenery, pleasant aromas and jolly music tinkering away in the background.
