Tasting notes  What a noble, elegant Chasselas this is, with aromas of lime, lemon and a touch of granny smith apple. Minerality is very present withspritzy liveliness. Fresh acidity and a wonderfully good length.

Food & mood match  A dinner party setting on the balcony on a warm summer’s evening with a beautifully presented table - fine elegant wine glasses, a fresh white crisp tablecloth. Soft jazz playing in the back ground along with a subtle breeze. Decadent!

When to drink and how to store  This is a wine that can be kept 10 years and beyond, so if you have not tried aged Chasselas yet then this is a must. You just have to be patient. If you don’t have a cellar then a wine fridge (cave à vin) could be a good investment to store your wine at the optimum temperature and conditions required.
