70cl bottles come in a case of 12, and 50cl in a case of 15.

Grape Variety  Gamay 90%, Pinot Noir 10%

Vinification  This rosé was made by keeping the juice in contact with the grape skins for a period of 12 hours to absorb the delicate colour.

Tasting notes  Nuances of various citrus fruits especially blood oranges and red berries. Tingling zesty acidity which liven up your taste buds. A very well balanced, light bodied, dry rosé. 

Food & mood match  Spring, summer here we come. This is the perfect, cool, refreshing vino to drink from an ice bucket on a scorching, hot summer’s day. It works well with an array of dishes such as pâtés, terrine, meat loaf, cold chicken and turkey.  Think summer garden picnics. To finish, fresh strawberries with double cream.

When to drink and how to store  Remember to always drink roses well chilled. Because its such an easy drinking wine you may have had far too much before you know it so make sure to have a glass of water for each glass of wine. A wine to be consumed in its youth within the first 1 to 2 years.
